Kebijakan Privasi
Ringkasnya: tidak perlu akun, kami tidak meminta nama, email, atau nomor HP, dan tidak ada iklan maupun pelacak analitik (hanya penghitung jumlah harian tanpa data pribadi). Isi formulir dipakai untuk menyusun media, hasilnya disimpan 12 bulan, dan file offline yang Anda unduh tidak mengirim data apa pun.
1. Siapa kami
Ruang Inovasi Guru (inovasi.masri.id) dikelola oleh Masri ID. Pertanyaan atau permintaan terkait data dapat dikirim ke [email protected].
2. Data yang kami proses
a. Isi formulir demo
Jenjang, fase, mata pelajaran, topik, konteks lokal, jenis media, dan tema. Data ini dipakai untuk menyusun media dan dikirim melalui server kami ke penyedia AI (OpenAI). Mohon jangan memasukkan data pribadi siswa atau orang lain ke dalam formulir.
b. Media hasil AI
Setiap media yang dibuat disimpan sebagai file di server agar dapat dibuka lewat tautan atau kode QR. Tautannya acak dan tidak diindeks mesin pencari, tetapi siapa pun yang memegang tautan dapat membukanya. Media disimpan 12 bulan, lalu dihapus otomatis. Anda dapat meminta penghapusan lebih cepat dengan mengirim tautannya ke email di atas.
c. Alamat IP dan data teknis
Alamat IP dipakai untuk keamanan dan pembatasan pemakaian demo. Penghitung kuota harian menyimpan IP dalam bentuk hash dan dihapus setelah 7 hari. Bila Anda memakai kode akses opsional (untuk juri dan mitra uji coba), kode itu hanya dicocokkan di server dan tidak disimpan; penghitung yang sama hanya mencatat jumlah pemakaian kode dan jumlah percobaan kode yang salah per IP ter-hash, lalu ikut dihapus setelah 7 hari. Di peramban, kode disimpan di sessionStorage dan hilang saat tab ditutup. Log server (IP, waktu, halaman yang dibuka, jenis peramban) disimpan 14 hari untuk keamanan dan pemecahan masalah, lalu dihapus otomatis.
d. Data yang tetap di perangkat Anda
Pilihan bahasa dan jawaban LKPD disimpan di penyimpanan lokal peramban Anda (localStorage) dan tidak dikirim ke server kami. Anda dapat menghapusnya dengan menghapus data situs di pengaturan peramban. File media offline yang diunduh tidak melakukan koneksi internet sama sekali.
e. Penghitung pemakaian agregat
Untuk mengetahui apakah layanan ini bermanfaat, server menyimpan hanya tiga angka per hari: jumlah media yang dibuat, jumlah unduhan file HTML offline, dan jumlah media yang dibuka lewat tautan atau kode QR. Saat Anda mengunduh atau membuka media, peramban mengirim nama kejadian itu saja (misalnya "unduh") ke server. Penghitung ini tidak menyimpan alamat IP, isi formulir, judul media, atau identitas apa pun, sehingga tidak dapat dipakai untuk mengenali atau melacak seseorang. Angka ini hanya dapat dibaca pengelola dan tidak ditampilkan untuk umum. File media offline yang sudah diunduh tetap tidak mengirim data apa pun.
3. Pihak ketiga
- Cloudflare menyalurkan dan melindungi lalu lintas situs. Cloudflare dapat memasang cookie teknis untuk keamanan dan menyamarkan alamat email di halaman dari bot spam.
- OpenAI memproses isi formulir untuk menyusun media, sesuai kebijakan privasi OpenAI.
- YouTube (Google) menayangkan video demo di beranda. Video dimuat dalam mode privasi (youtube-nocookie.com) hanya setelah Anda menekan tombol putar; sebelum itu tidak ada data yang dikirim ke YouTube. Setelah diputar, berlaku kebijakan privasi Google.
Kami tidak menjual data dan tidak membagikannya untuk keperluan iklan.
4. Cookie
Kami tidak memasang cookie sendiri. Cookie yang mungkin muncul berasal dari Cloudflare untuk keperluan keamanan, dan dari YouTube bila Anda memutar video demo.
5. Anak-anak dan siswa
Layanan ini ditujukan untuk guru. Siswa memakai file media secara offline atau melalui tautan, dan media tersebut tidak mengumpulkan data siswa.
6. Keamanan
Situs memakai HTTPS. Kunci layanan AI hanya tersimpan di server, akses dibatasi, dan isi buatan AI ditampilkan sebagai teks biasa sehingga tidak dapat menjalankan kode.
7. Hak Anda
Sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Anda dapat meminta akses, perbaikan, atau penghapusan data yang berkaitan dengan Anda. Karena kami tidak meminta identitas, sertakan tautan media atau perkiraan waktu pemakaian agar kami dapat menemukannya. Kirim permintaan ke [email protected].
8. Perubahan
Kebijakan ini dapat diperbarui. Tanggal berlaku di atas akan disesuaikan setiap kali ada perubahan.
Privacy Policy
In short: no account is needed; we do not ask for your name, email or phone number; there are no ads or analytics trackers (only daily totals with no personal data). Form input is used to build the lesson, results are kept for 12 months, and downloaded offline files send no data at all.

2. Data we process
a. Demo form input
Level, phase, subject, topic, local context, media type and theme. Used to build the lesson and sent through our server to an AI provider (OpenAI). Please do not enter personal data of students or anyone else.
b. Generated lessons
Each lesson is stored as a file so it can be opened by link or QR code. Links are random and not indexed, but anyone with the link can open it. Lessons are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion by emailing us the link.
c. IP address and technical data
IP addresses are used for security and demo rate limits. Daily quota counters store a hash of the IP and are deleted after 7 days. If you use the optional access code (for judges and pilot partners), the code is only checked on the server and is not stored; the same counter only records how many times a code was used and how many wrong codes were tried per hashed IP, and is deleted after 7 days as well. In your browser, the code is kept in sessionStorage and disappears when the tab is closed. Server logs (IP, time, page, browser type) are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
d. Data that stays on your device
Your language choice and worksheet answers are stored in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our server. Downloaded offline lesson files make no internet connection.
e. Aggregate usage counters
To learn whether the service is useful, the server keeps only three numbers per day: how many lessons were created, how many offline HTML files were downloaded, and how many lessons were opened from a link or QR code. When you download or open a lesson, your browser sends only the name of that event (for example "unduh", download) to our server. These counters store no IP address, form input, lesson title or identifier of any kind, so they cannot be used to recognise or track anyone. Only the operator can read them; they are not shown publicly. Downloaded offline files still send no data at all.
3. Third parties
- Cloudflare delivers and protects site traffic and may set technical security cookies and obfuscate email addresses from spam bots.
- OpenAI processes form input to build lessons, under the OpenAI privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google) plays the demo video on the home page. It loads in privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play; nothing is sent to YouTube before that. Once played, the Google privacy policy applies.
We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
4. Cookies
We set no cookies of our own; any cookies come from Cloudflare for security, and from YouTube if you play the demo video.
5. Children and students
The service is intended for teachers. Students use lesson files offline or by link, and those files collect no student data.
6. Security
HTTPS throughout; the AI key stays on the server; access is rate-limited; AI output is rendered as plain text and cannot run code.
7. Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you. As we do not collect identities, please include the lesson link or an approximate time of use. Email [email protected].
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; the effective date above will change accordingly.
